As Hitman Rohit Sharma is ruled of the remainder of the New Zealand tour India has got a completely new opening pair. Sharma who is out due to calf injury would see Prithvi Shaw as his replacement. The young Indian batsmen would be making his ODI debut in the series against New Zealand.
Since Shikar Dhawan is also injury stuck Shaw would be having a new partner. The name of KL Rahul was doing the rounds but run machine Mayank Agarwal would join Shaw. KL is expected to bat at number 5. The new opening pair would take on the New Zealand attack for the series starting tomorrow.
