With the 13th edition of the IPL just weeks away, teams and players are sweating in the nets to showcase their best on the 22 yards. Clearly, IPL over the years has brought so many players in the limelight for the amazing talent they entail. Be it all-rounder Hardik Pandya or Yuzvendra Chahal, IPL has paved a way for them to reserve a seat in the national team.
Moreover, IPL, over the years has also given players, who have been out of the form, a chance to steal the limelight. And Dhoni this year would be one of them.
Dhoni, who has been on a sabbatical since July 2019 semi-final World Cup loss against New Zealand is all set to make his presence felt on the field and this video is the proof. Dhoni, who will play for the Chennai Super Kings for the 13th time recently was recorded hitting 5 sixes in five balls in the nets. Have a look –
Though the video doesn’t show whether Dhoni is hitting the shots against a bowler or a ball-machine. But hitting five consecutive sixes, anyways, is tough and showcases Dhoni’s hard-hitting capabilities that he is famous for.

There is a very big difference in Net practice and real match. One is w/o pressure and another one is with heavy pressure. The man w/o pressure can do anything??
