2020 Auto Expo, which is currently live in Greater Noida is a fun place to be at if planning for some outdoor relaxation and especially if planning to buy a car.
From racing cars to the ones you can actually drive on the roads, the Auto Expo show flaunts beauties across brands. Meanwhile, for anyone who hasn’t been at the show and mulling to mark their attendance before the last day (Feburary 12), make sure to have a look at these cars.
1. MG Motors’ Marvel X
Morris Garages (MG), since the launch of its MG Hector in India, has made quite a buzz in the market. And to keep the momentum thriving, MG unveiled several cars at the Auto Expo 2020 including SUV Marvel X. The SUV comes tucked with MG’s ‘i-SMART’ tech and is the world’s first car to achieve Level-3 Intelligent Driving.
2. Mahindra Funster EV Concept Car
With the capability to go from 0-100 in just 5 seconds, Mahindra made its presence felt at the Auto show with its sports electric vehicle Mahindra Funster EV Concept car. The car bags dual electric motors that offer an output of 230 kW with a top speed of 200/kmph.
3. Maruti Concept Futuro-E
Managing Director and CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Kenichi Ayukawa, unveiled the SUV ‘Concept Futuro-E’ at the Auto Expo 2020. Looks dang!! though.
4. Hyundai Le Fil Rouge Concept Car
After being showcased at the 2018 Geneva motor show, this is the first time Hyundai relieved the Hyundai Le Fil Rouge concept car in India. The car mainly showcases the future design inspiration that Hyundai will consider for its cars.
5. Mercedes A-Class Limousine
Mercedes A-Class Limousine that was unveiled at the Auto Expo 2020 will be launched in June for the markets. However, you can make bookings as of now. Prices are expected to start at around 40 lakh (ex-showroom).
6. Hyundai’s Kite Dune Buggy
Another electric vehicle from Hyundai is this cool buggy with unbelievable features. Its steering can be fixed from right to the left side and left to the right side and it can also be converted from a two-seater dune buggy into a single-seater jet ski.
7. Force Gurkha BS6
Force Motors revealed Gurkha, which they say is a direct competition to the Mahindra’s Thar. The Force production packs feature like the touchscreen infotainment system, dual airbags, ABS, rear parking sensors and more.
8. Mercedes Benz GT 63 S AMG
Mercedes-Benz has launched the AMG GT 63 S at Rs 2.42 Crore at the 2020 Auto Expo. The vehicle can achieve a top speed of 315/kmph and feels lightweight on the roads.
9. Tata Sierra EV
Tata introduced the iconic Sierra name tag for an electric SUV concept at the Auto Expo. The concept car bags sliding windows, single LED taillamp that looks really cool.
10. Vespa Scooter
Piaggio India unveiled the 2020 models of the Vespa at the car show. The range of scooters comes in bright colours and are cute enough to complement the wardrobe you would be wearing while driving the same.
11. Kia Sonet Concept
Korean Car Maker unveiled the Kia Sonet concept. Kia Sonet looks bold and purposeful and bag features like pair of roof rails, and contrast-coloured roof and wing mirrors are more. The car is expected to be priced at Rs 7-11.5 lakh.
12. Skoda Vision IN Concept
After making its world debut earlier this week, the Skoda Vision IN concept now was showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo in Delhi. The Vision IN is being speculated to launch in India in 2021.
13. Great Wall Motors R1
Great Wall Motors introduced its debut car at the Auto Expo, which will soon launch in India. The electric car bags a top speed of 100/kmph and sells at a price of Rs 7.2 lakh after subsidies in China. The features include a 9.0-inch touchscreen with a voice command system, dual airbags, ABS, parking sensors, reverse camera system and more.
14. Renault Trezor
This one looks and give expensive vibes but was one of the best coolest releases at the Auto expo by Renault.
Besides these, there are many other cars being showcased at the Auto Expo 2020. To name a few would be the new Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza facelift, Renault Duster 1.3 turbo-petrol and many more.
