Uttar Pradesh (U.P.) has been in news for all the wrong reasons from the past few days. From the loss of 8 policemen in an attack by Gangster Vikas Dubey and his men to the mysterious encounter of Dubey law and order in the state has been on the radar of criticism. Now, another incident took place that adds to this misery of U.P. Police.
In a recent case a 28 years old lab technician Sanjeet Yadav, was killed by the kidnappers after being held captive for over a month. It is alleged that Rs 30 lakh ransom was paid by Yadav’s family to the kidnappers in the presence of police. The incident has come to light from the city of Kanpur, which was news for Vikas Dubey. The family has said that the police forced them to change the statement that they have not paid the ransom.
