Kashmir is one of the most picturesque places on Earth. This place is a magnet even for International tourism and has a multitude of reasons to visit. Now, with the recent revision of IRCTC’s tour packages list, two new Kashmir tour packages are added. With the end of February, the freezing weather of Kashmir will now get some relief and travellers will be able to enjoy the beautiful views.
Two New Kashmir Tour Packages Added to IRCTC Tour Packages List
The first Kashmir package of IRCTC is all about spending 7 nights, and 8 days in Gulmarg Jammu, Katra, Srinagar, and Sonmarg. Whereas, the second package is a 6-night, 7-day tour of Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonmarg. The list perks in both tour packages offer hotel accommodation, food, transportation, and travel insurance.
Dates and Other Tour Details
From 19th February the first tour package will begin and a single booking will cost you Rs 52,810, Rs 26,865 will be charged for double booking per person, and lastly, three bookings per person will cost you Rs 21,865. Furthermore, children aged between 5 to 11 years old will be charged Rs 13,665 if they opt for a bed and Rs 11,005 without a bed.
As for the second tour package of Kashmir in the list of IRCTC tour packages, it will commence on the same date as the first tour. You will be charged Rs 19,040 for a single booking per person, Rs 22,480 per person for a double booking, Rs 19,040 will be levied for a triple booking per person. “Children between 5 to 11 years old will be charged Rs 16,160 with a bed and Rs 11,330 without a bed”.
Other Important Details
Under both packages, the tourists will be allotted AC facilities, vehicles for transportation, breakfast, food, cab services and travel insurance benefits. “However, the packages do not cover separate hotel bookings, entry fees, mineral water, telephone charges, laundry, or any other personal expenses,” as mentioned by DNA India.

The costs of both packages vary depending on the number of people in the booking, and children are also charged according to their age and requirement for a bed. The two packages allow travellers to explore various locations in the region at reasonable prices,” further mentioned.
