Yes, that’s true. Nobita and Shizuka, who were like these 10-year-old kids when the last time I saw them, are finally getting married.
The characters from the Japanese cartoon, Doremon, are returning with a movie that shows them all grown up and married to each other.

Here’s the news. In 2014, a film named ‘Stand by Me Doraemon‘ was released that focused on Nobita meeting Doraemon. And now, in 2020 the second part of the same film named ‘Stand by Me Doraemon 2’ has released, which has Nobita marrying his childhood sweetheart Shizuka.
The film was released in Japan in November 2020. And would be released in Indonesia in February 2021.
CBI Pictures shared the news on Twitter and wrote, “This February, the all-time hot story returns to the big screen. STAND BY ME Doraemon 2 starting February 2021 only in theatres.”

So though you might not still see Nobita and Shizuka married in the 15-minute-long episodes of the cartoon Doremon, yet. But you can surely quench your thirst for seeing them together in love in the movie.
