Starting June 10, 2025, HDFC Bank is bringing a fresh change to how Tata Neu Infinity and Tata Neu Plus credit cardholders can enjoy airport lounge access. Instead of simply swiping your card at the lounge, you’ll now receive lounge vouchers when you reach certain spending milestones each quarter. Here’s a simple guide to help you understand the new system and make the most of your card benefits.
How the New Lounge Voucher System Works
- To qualify for domestic lounge access, you need to spend at least ₹50,000 on your Tata Neu Infinity or Tata Neu Plus HDFC Bank Credit Card within a calendar quarter.
- If you have the Tata Neu Infinity card, you’ll earn two complimentary domestic lounge vouchers per quarter (up to eight per year).
- If you have the Tata Neu Plus card, you’ll get one complimentary lounge voucher per quarter (up to four per year).
- After you meet the spending requirement, you’ll receive an SMS and email with a link to claim your voucher. You have 120 days to claim it and 180 days to use it.
Easy Steps to Check Your Spending and Claim Vouchers
- Log in to HDFC Bank NetBanking or the MobileBanking App.
- Go to the credit card section and select your Tata Neu HDFC Bank Credit Card.
- Click on ‘Redeem Reward Points’ to reach the Rewards Portal.
- In the Rewards Portal, check the ‘My Reward Spend Promo Details’ to see your spending and qualification status.
Keep in mind, if your card is upgraded, lost, or reissued, only the spending on your new card will count toward the lounge voucher qualification.
Current Lounge Access Still Available Until June 9, 2025
- Until June 9, 2025, you can continue to access lounges by swiping your card. Tata Neu Infinity cardholders get eight complimentary visits per year (two per quarter), and Tata Neu Plus cardholders get four (one per quarter). There is a nominal fee of ₹2 per entry for both cards.
International Lounge Access Updates
- From June 1, 2025, Tata Neu Infinity VISA cardholders will need to request a Priority Pass for international lounge visits. This pass allows four complimentary international lounge visits per year (one per quarter). Any extra visits will be charged at $27 plus GST per person.
